Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may ask to cancel an order or change the delivery address before dispatch. Email support@spmwarehome.com immediately with the order number. We will confirm whether the request was completed. If a cancelled order has already been paid, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be stopped or directly cancelled through the carrier. Receive the parcel and then follow our Refund Policy. We pay the reasonable return postage for accepted returns.

UK cancellation rights

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel. Our voluntary policy allows a return request within 30 days after delivery, which is longer than the usual 14-day notification period. This policy does not reduce any statutory right.
