Contact and identity information, such as name, email, delivery and billing address.
Order information, products purchased, returns and customer-service correspondence.
Payment transaction details supplied by the payment provider; we do not receive or store complete card numbers.
Technical and device information needed to operate, secure and improve the store, including IP address, browser details and cookie choices.
How and why we use information
To take payment, fulfil orders, deliver goods, process returns and provide support under our contract with you.
To prevent fraud, protect the store and improve its operation where we have a legitimate interest.
To keep accounting, tax and legal records and comply with legal obligations.
To use non-essential cookies only where consent is required and has been given.
We do not use customer email addresses for marketing and do not send marketing text messages. Customer accounts are not enabled. We use Google Ads to promote the store, but Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking are not enabled. Meta/Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not enabled.
Sharing and international processing
We share only the information necessary with Shopify and service providers that support payments, hosting, fraud prevention, order fulfilment, delivery, customer support, professional advice and legal compliance. Current carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another suitable UK carrier. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary. Order, accounting and tax records may normally be retained for at least six years where required. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
