Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept major debit and credit cards processed securely through our payment provider. The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for the specific order. Availability may vary depending on the customer’s card issuer, device and payment-provider eligibility.

We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer or recurring subscription payments.

 

We do not accept bank transfer, Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later services. Shop Pay is not enabled.

Currency, VAT and authorisation

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Full payment is requested at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider may decline a transaction or perform security checks. We cannot complete an order until payment is authorised.

Payment security and refunds

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
