Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

Available checkout methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay. The methods actually displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for that order.

We do not accept bank transfer, Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later services. Shop Pay is not enabled.

Currency, VAT and authorisation

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Full payment is requested at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider may decline a transaction or perform security checks. We cannot complete an order until payment is authorised.

Payment security and refunds

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment services. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
