Shipping policy

Delivery area

We dispatch all goods from within the United Kingdom and deliver only to UK addresses. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

Cost and timing

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Order processing: 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Carriers and tracking

We may use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another suitable UK carrier. Tracking information is provided when the order is dispatched and the selected service supports tracking.

Address changes and delays

Email support@spmwarehome.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We can change it only before dispatch. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an order is materially delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will investigate.

Delivery problems

Please check the parcel after delivery. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly with your order number and relevant photographs so that we can arrange a remedy.
