We do not provide an additional commercial warranty unless a product page expressly states otherwise. This does not affect the consumer protections provided by UK law.

Your statutory protections

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual or stated purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

How to report a problem

Email support@spmwarehome.com. Photographs may help us understand the problem, but they do not replace your legal rights. We pay the reasonable return postage for damaged, incorrect or faulty goods.
