Store use and product information

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate order information. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but minor colour or appearance differences may occur because of screens, lighting or manufacturing variation. Nothing in these terms excludes information or remedies required by law.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is required at checkout using an available payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; the contract is accepted when we dispatch the order. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Delivery, ownership and risk

We sell and deliver only within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in a further 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify; ownership passes when full payment is received.

Returns and statutory rights

Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Intellectual property and governing law

Website content, branding, text and graphics are owned by us or used with permission and may not be commercially reused without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain applicable mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
