Where do you deliver?

We deliver only within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in a further 3–5 business days.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is provided after dispatch when supported by the selected carrier service.

Can I cancel or change my address?

Yes, before dispatch. Contact us immediately. After dispatch, use the return process after delivery.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays return postage?

SPMWARE HOME pays the reasonable return postage for accepted returns, including change-of-mind and faulty-item returns.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, subject to stock availability. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Website prices include VAT.
